Adding icons

Cinema 4D is missing some icons for some of the deeper commands. This seems a bit counterintuitive to me, since the reason for icons is to make palettes of commands that are buried deep in the menus. I'll stop myself here, because after a day of frustration I finally figured out how this all goes together. This works on both Mac and PC. I use both and have it working on both.

I added the following icons, all in the Timeline:

X-Axis on/off
Y-Axis on/off
Edit Velocity Curve
Edit Acceleration Curve
Ramp Up
Ramp Down
Ridge
